Scheduling a clean
When you book a clean, we schedule a time and day which are convenient for you.
Who can use Rainbow 7 Carpet Care
End of lease clients, mums and kids, grandparents after the grandkids have visited, caravan owners, property managers, hotel/motel owners, home owners, landlords, home owners planning to sell, insurance companies (flood and mould) and Great Southern residents including country people from Kojonup to Jerramungup.
Do I have to vacuum before you arrive?
No, there is no need to vacuum, this is part of the service.
Can I leave the key somewhere?
Yes, we can arrange for the keys to be picked up.
Do you mind dogs/cats?
I don’t mind pets, but please be aware that a door will be open during the duration of the clean because there are hoses connected to the machinery in the van.
How long before I can walk on the carpet?
This varies depending on the carpet structure and cleaning method used. We can discuss this with you on site.
When can I move furniture back on the carpet?
24 hours after cleaning
How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
Between 3-6 hours. It can depend on the weather, how dirty the carpets are and the method of cleaning.
Will you be able to get that stain out?
95% of stains are removable - it depends on what the stain is and for how long it has been there.
Can you clean under the bed?
Absolutely!
Would you like me to move the furniture before your arrival?
Yes please.
Do you clean mats/rugs?
Absolutely!
How much to clean only 1 room?
We have a minimum fee of $99. Feel free to give us a call to discuss further!
